Carmona Contact Center
Carmona Contact Center is the set of progams, which allows to arrange the work of contact center operators, supervisors as well as particular users. Software can work with Panasonic PBXs series: KX-TDE/NCP/NS/NSX/NSV. There are two main user applications: Carmona Agent Pro for call center agents and Carmona Supervisor for call center supervisors. The Carmona Syman application shoul be used for system configuration.
